Why is TON named TONCOIN in xRocket APIs?​

We know that on the TON (The Open Network) blockchain the main token was renamed from TONCOIN to TON. However, xRocket APIs still use the old name TONCOIN. This change is a work in progress.

If you are integrating with xRocket APIs, use TONCOIN as the currency identifier for TON until the migration is complete.

How to delete xRocket cheque?​

From the bot main menu, navigate to Cheques page.

Select Personal or Multi.

Find in the list the cheque that you want to delete, then tap Delete.

I can’t select the direction I need. How do I swap/trade my asset?​

Not all assets in your xRocket wallet are directly paired for swapping/trading. For example, ETH is not directly paired with BTC. However, most assets are paired for swapping/trading with USDT. Use that pairs to swap ETH to BTC in two steps:

  • Swap ETH to USDT.
  • Swap the resulting USDT to BTC.

USDT serves as a bridge currency. If you cannot find a direct pair, try swapping through USDT in two steps.

I cannot create P2P buy ad! Why?​

P2P buy ad creation is restricted for new accounts. You must build trading history and reputation before this feature is unlocked.

Creating your own buy ads for cryptocurrency on the P2P Market in xRocket is not available immediately. This feature becomes accessible after reaching a certain level of trading activity.

📊 Why is there a restriction?​

This measure is implemented to enhance user security and prevent fraud. To create buy ads, you need to demonstrate your trading activity and trustworthiness.

❓ What exactly are the requirements?​

Unfortunately, the exact trading volume threshold is not disclosed, as it may vary for each account and change over time. Restrictions are applied automatically based on:

  • your overall experience on the platform;
  • history of successful transactions;
  • overall activity on the P2P Market.

✅ How can I gain access?​

  • Conduct trades through:
    • other users’ ads;
    • your own sell ads;
  • Maintain a good reputation and high rating (without disputes, or complaints).

📩 Do you have trading experience on other platforms?​

You can provide us with your trading statistics from other P2P platforms.

To do this:

  1. Record a screen video, starting from the support chat conversation.
  2. Show in the video:
    • The platform name;
    • Your profile and user ID;
    • The section with your P2P trading statistics (both overall and recent).
  3. Send the recording to support: @TonRocketSupportBot.

Our team will review the information and may manually enable the ability to create buy ads.

How to check current fees and limits?​

Always check fees and limits before making large deposits, withdrawals, or trades to avoid surprises.

Experienced users prefer knowing the exact numbers, so they do a research prior to any deposit/withdrawal/trading operations.

  • To check current limits and fees, from the bot main menu navigate to Settings → Limits and Fees.
  • Tap My wallet to review current withdrawal fee and deposit/withdrawal amount limits for a selected coin.
  • Tap Exchange to review current trading order amount limit for a selected coin.
  • Tap P2P Market to review current P2P order amount limit, seller fee, buyer fee for a selected coin.
  • Tap Other to review other current fees and limits for a selected coin.

How do tokens get listed/delisted on the xRocket exchange?​

Listing​

To submit an application form for listing of your token you need to specify required information, and have one of the following amounts on your balance to pay for the listing. You can either have 5000 USDT (basic price) or $4,000 in XROCK by the current price (20% discount price).

When application form is submitted, the listing decision will be taken, in case of refusal the sum of payment will be returned to your balance.

Listing fee

In addition to the application fee, a successful listing requires payment of 5000 USD equivalent in the listed token.

AML stands for Anti Money Laundering. xRocket complies with the modern international anti-money laundering (AML) legislation per this AML policy. Read more about xRocket policies in Security notes.

What is a Ticker?​

A ticker is a real-time snapshot of market data representing trading volume, price change, price change percentage of a trading pair for a specified time interval. The term comes from the "tick-tick-tick" sound made by the mechanical ticker tape machines that printed price information on a paper strip in the 19th century.

What is a Trading Symbol?​

A trading symbol (also called a trading pair) is a unique string of characters, for example BTC-USDT that identifies a specific asset listed on an exchange. Such short codes are essential for investors and traders to quickly and accurately identify, track, and trade assets.
