xRocket provides a P2P platform for direct user-to-user crypto transactions (e.g., buying crypto with a bank card).
- Makers pass AML and other checks prior to creating advertisements (ads);
- Takers use our platform to filter and find suitable ads made by makers.
Once a deal is initiated, the crypto amount gets locked in our system for security. The buyer pays the seller externally; the seller confirms payment receipt; then the crypto is released to the buyer. Usernames are hidden, communication happens only within our platform interface or support bot. In case of issues, you can open a dispute or contact support 24/7.
Fees: xRocket charges 0% for buying and 1% for selling.
xRocket acts as a platform and is not a party to the transaction. All P2P-related transactions are conducted directly between the users. xRocket protects both parties providing info support for the user interactions. All P2P users need to carefully read these rules prior to trading. By conducting transactions, you automatically agree to the established rules. xRocket administration has the right to modify the rules without prior notice to users.
